He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Animal Production and has worked extensively with farmers, pastoral communities, cooperatives, and agribusinesses to improve animal performance, feed efficiency, and resilience across diverse production environments.

Jackson has held technical and advisory roles with organisations including Heifer International Kenya, SNV Kenya, Northern Rangelands Trading Ltd, and BY Grace Farm Feeds Ltd. His work focuses on practical, implementable solutions that enhance livestock productivity while strengthening environmental stewardship, animal welfare, and market readiness.
